Yes, we strongly recommend that you to request a sample tile. Due to the nature of the natural ceramic pigments that are used during the printing process, final colour production will vary from the original image. With the sample, you will also be able to see what the tile finishing of your choice looks like in your design space.

In addition to the sample tile, upon approving your order, you will receive an electronic proof of how your mural will be divided onto each tile.

Yes! We can make murals or accent tiles from any personal image that you wish to have replicated. Some examples can include; a favorite family photograph, personal artwork or a child’s drawing.

All images should be digitally scanned at high resolution (minimum 300 dpi) and saved as a JPEG file. Depending on the quality and size of the personally submitted image, project size might be limited. In addition to this, images can and will be resized in order to fit your space. Some images will need additional artwork in order to fit the dimensions of your space.

Once your order is confirmed we will notify you on the delivery time. This will depend on the mural size as well as final delivery location.

Since each mural is custom made, we are unable to accept any form of returns. Cancellation fees will be applied if we have already started to work on your order.

If a tile breaks during shipping to installation please notify us promptly and we will asses the situation.

We do not offer any form of installation services.

We strongly recommend that a professional install your mural. Each tile is individually identified with a number that matches the installation guide that is provided. The installation guide will help avoid any errors and confusion during installation process.
